Our recent “Yalpanam Night” on July 20th was a vibrant celebration of northern Sri Lankan cuisine, held from 6pm to 10pm at Sanni18. Guests indulged in live cooking stations featuring Jaffna crab curry, crispy hoppers, and specialty dishes, all crafted with authentic spices and fresh ingredients. The air filled with the sounds of soulful live music, adding to the festive atmosphere as families and friends gathered. This event, inspired by the Jaffna region’s rich culinary traditions, showcased customizable menus with add-ons like extra sambols and live-prepared treats.
The night highlighted our commitment to cultural storytelling through food, with tableside flair that delighted all ages.
